We want to ensure that your candle order arrives safely and in a timely manner.
Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

PROCESSING TIMES:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may vary. Any delays will be communicated promptly via email.

SHIPPING RATES: 

  • We offer flat-rate shipping within New Zealand

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

ORDER & TRACKING:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the Couriers website.

LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENT:

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

  • If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
